All orders placed via the Website are shipped via 1st Class Royal Mail Tracked or via DPD Express Delivery to the address provided. In the case of DPD Express Delivery, a one hour window of delivery will be advised on the day, only if a valid mobile number is provided.
Once your order has been processed we will send you an email with a tracking number, which will allow you to track your parcel from door to door, to give you added peace of mind. All deliveries will require a signature unless left in an agreed ‘safe place’. Once left in a ‘safe place’ the parcel is classed as delivered and all responsibility for loss, damage or theft passes to you.
All the prices quoted for delivery include VAT.
SMS Delivery Information
Provide us with your mobile telephone number (in the format 07 without international codes) and you will receive a SMS text to confirm despatch of your order and on the morning of delivery a second SMS text to confirm your avalability. You will be given the option to re-arrange the delivery to a another convenient day.
1. This service is NOT available for all items despatched with curselves.
2. Your mobile phone number will be pased to the courrier company for them to provide you whith a text message.
3. We will never pass your phone number on to any other companies.
Free express delivery (normally £6.50) applies to the UK mainland only. Offer applies when order value, net of discounts or promotions, equals £150 or more. Please note that gift wrap, gift box service and gift cards are excluded from order values for the purposes of this offer.

DPD Express Delivery (up to 3kgs): £14.95 – 3 to 6 working days depending on destination.

DPD Express Delivery (from 3 to 30kgs): £17.95 – 3 to 6 working days depending on destination.
Includes UK Islands, Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Ireland and Mainland Europe.
Excludes all European islands and Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Greece, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Finland, Malta and Romania.
For deliveries to the Rest of the World or to European destinations excluded by our DPD service, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org, and they will be happy to advise you on shipping costs.
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of the goods you have ordered, the city and country of destination. Orders will take 3 to10 business days, depending on where you live.
If your order is being sent to a member state of the EU, then the selling price will include VAT. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then no VAT will be payable, but the items contained in your order may be subject to local customs taxes and/or duties at the country of destination, for which the purchaser shall be solely liable, and which must be paid before the goods are released for delivery at the destination.
All deliveries will require a signature unless left in a nominated ‘safe place’.
For orders specifying DPD Express Delivery, if you are not available to receive your parcel, DPD will leave a card offering you options to have your parcel re-delivered, directed to another address, or to leave your parcel in an agreed ‘safe place’ specified by you.
If delivery is attempted and a delivery card is left and you fail to claim the parcel from the designated collection point, we cannot refund you until the products have been returned to us. However, if you would still like the products delivered, we will re-dispatch the parcel once it has been returned to us, but there will be a charge for re-posting your order.
In the unlikely event that a parcel does not arrive (or delivery is not attempted) on the specified date, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, and let us know that the parcel has not arrived, so that we can trace it with Royal Mail or DPD.
We ask that you let us know of any parcels that have not arrived at their destination within 14 working days from the date when you were first notified that the parcel was dispatched (for parcels sent within the UK, including Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands), and within 30 days for parcels sent to international destinations. Failure to do this can affect our ability to trace the parcel and issue any refund due promptly.
Refunds will only be processed once a parcel is deemed lost in transit by either Royal Mail or DPD, which can take up to 14 days for UK deliveries and up to 30 working days for international parcels.
