RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love everything you buy from us but if you don’t, you can return any item(s) within 30 days of purchase (except for items that have been personalised, which unfortunately are excluded from this Policy), provided the items in question are unused / unworn, and returned in their original packaging, with their tags in place, and in the same condition in which they arrived. 

Items that are returned in a damaged or soiled condition, or which have been altered in any way (including having their tags removed) will not be accepted for return, and will be sent back to the customer. Please bear in mind that if an item came with a hanger, this needs to be returned as well.

We will allow items purchased during the period 1st – 15th December to be returned up until 15th January. For any item(s) bought after 15th December the standard 30-day period will apply.

Returned items can either be exchanged in accordance with our Exchange Policy (see below), or a credit note issued, or a refund can be made to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase.  The value of the returned items will be the final price paid – i.e. less any discounts or other promotional offers applied at the time of the original purchase. Sale items (i.e. items sold at a discounted price during any promotional periods) may only be returned for an exchange or a credit note, and will not be refunded.   

Please note that we are not able to refund any postage charges. 

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or faulty item, you will be reimbursed any return shipping charges incurred. Please contact us within 7 working days of receipt. Please note that it can take up to 14 days from your returning the item(s) to receiving your refund, but we'll process your refund immediately (it can take up to 5 days for the bank to transfer the funds to you). 

Subject to the above requirements, all items that are sent back should follow the ‘Returns Procedure’ set out below. Unidentified parcels cannot be refunded.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

A returns form should be enclosed with your order. In case you wish to return any of your purchases, please retain both the returns form and the physical invoice included in your parcel, and follow the procedure set out below:

  • Please write to us quoting your order reference number, and indicating why you wish to return the item(s). 

  • We will send an email reply with a Returns Authorisation Number.  This number is very important, as it must be quoted on the RETURNS FORM which you received with your order.

  • The RETURNS FORM must be completed in full and placed inside the parcel, along with your invoice, when the item(s) are returned - otherwise it will take longer to process your return. 

  • If you no longer have your original invoice or returns form, you can download a copy of the form here. Please make sure that you complete all the highlighted fields and print a copy of it. Send this form and a letter with the returned item(s), stating your name, address, email address, daytime telephone number, order number (which you will find in your original email confirmation) and Returns Authorisation Number.

  • Please also ensure that you quote your Returns Authorisation Number in all future correspondence with us in relation to the returned item(s).  

  • Please note that we will not accept any returns without a valid Returns Authorisation Number.

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning item(s), and these costs will not be refunded, unless it is due to an error on our part, or if the items are faulty.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS ONLY A MAILING ADDRESS AND NOT A PHYSICAL STORE ADDRESS TO DELIVER OR COLLECT GOODS FROM.

Parcels are returned at your own cost.  You can obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office, although we strongly recommend that you send any returned item(s) by registered delivery, so that they can be tracked and signed for on delivery.  We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse.

Items lost in transit will NOT be treated as returned.

Alternatively, we can arrange for our courier company to collect the parcel from your home. You will need to be at home to hand over the parcel. There is a charge for this service. For more information, please write to us.  

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can only be accepted for the same item(s) in a different size, subject to availability and will only be made once we have received the returned item(s). Items returned for exchange must be unused / unworn, and returned with their original tags in place, and in the same condition in which they arrived.  Personalised items cannot be returned for exchange.  

GIFT RETURNS?

An item that was received as a gift can be returned for an exchange or credit note. An email will also be sent to the person who made the original purchase when the exchange takes place. Refunds can only be made to the same credit or debit card used to make the original purchase. 

RECLAMATIONS

If the item you have purchased shows any signs of a manufacturing error and does not live up to the standard you expected, please contact us with a picture and your order number as soon as you notice this. Wear and tear is not a valid reason for a reclamation, only obvious manufacturing mistakes will be processed. All reclamations must be made within 30 days from the purchase date.

If the item is damaged when you receive it, please contact us as soon as possible, and in any event within 7 working days from receipt. Where possible, please do take pictures to evidence the condition of the item(s) as received.  

Please be aware that if you do not contact us first and the reclamation was not approved before you return the goods, the Company has the right to refuse the return. 

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

When you make an online purchase, you have a statutory right to change your mind within 14 days and cancel the entire order, and receive a refund. These rights, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, are explained in more detail below.

- You are entitled to cancel an order if you exercise your right to do so no later than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods you purchased.

- If you wish to rely on your statutory cancellation rights, you must cancel the entire order – you cannot retain / maintain parts of the original order, and only cancel individual items. If you do not wish to cancel the entire order, you may still return individual items – see our RETURNS POLICY.  

- Your statutory right of cancellation does not apply to personalised items, and you will not be entitled to return such items and claim a refund unless the items in question are incorrect and / or faulty.

- All cancellations must follow the ‘Returns Procedure’set out above.

- If you exercise your statutory right of cancellation before the order has been despatched, you will receive a full refund of the entire value of the order (less any discounts that were applied), together with any delivery costs (including any express delivery fees, if applicable).  

- If you exercise your statutory right of cancellation after the order has been despatched, provided all items included in the order are returned in their original condition, as described in the ‘Returns Procedure’, you will be entitled to a refund of the cost of the order (less any discounts that were applied), together with standard delivery charges.  

- As described in the ‘Returns Procedure’, only items that are unused or unworn, with their original packaging intact, their original tags in place, and which are returned in the same condition in which they arrived, will be permitted to be cancelled.  

- You will be responsible for the costs of returning the items in question once they have been delivered, and you will not be entitled to a refund of such costs, unless the items delivered are incorrect or faulty, in which case we will reimburse any reasonable return shipping charges incurred by you in full. 

- We recommend that items being returned are sent by registered delivery, so that they can be tracked and signed for on delivery.  

- Once all items in the cancelled order have been received and checked to confirm that they are in the required condition (as described above), we will process the refund, which will be applied to the same method of payment used when making the original purchase.  

- Where e-gift cards have been used to pay for the order, a store credit will be applied for the equivalent value.  Any discount codes or promotional vouchers used when making the cancelled order will not be re-issued.  

- Although you may cancel an order at any time after it has been placed, the 14-day statutory period within which you are entitled to do so does not start to run until the day on which you receive the Cancelled Order.  

- If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take good care of them.

- To meet the cancellation deadline, you must notify us by email that you wish to exercise your right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired by writing to us.  

- If the products you return were gift-wrapped using our gift service, we will not be able to provide a refund for the price you paid for using this service.

- We are entitled to make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of damage caused by you. 

- We will aim to process all refunds within 14 days from the day we receive the goods back.

Unidentified parcels cannot be refunded.

AMENDING YOUR ORDER

- In most circumstances, it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it. If your order has already been despatched from the warehouse, then you'll need to return the item following our ‘Returns Procedure’

- If your order hasn’t left the warehouse (when you inform us of your wish to amend your order), we may be able to change the delivery address details, remove items from your order or cancel it completely.
